U.S. – Africa Critical Minerals
Africa's Critical Minerals. Global Strategic Demand. AfricOre Connects the Two.
The minerals that determine technological and national-security advantage increasingly come from Africa. AfricOre structures the connection between verified African supply and qualified U.S. and international demand — confidentially, and with institutional discipline.
Strategic materials
The minerals we place
These materials sit inside semiconductors, defence systems, batteries, satellites, radar and jet engines. Supply is concentrated, demand is accelerating, and a significant share of the world's undeveloped reserves sits in Africa.

How the connection works
Verified supply. Qualified demand. One disciplined process.
AfricOre does not broker open-market volumes. We work through a confidential, verification-first process: African mine owners and licence holders submit projects for review, and qualified buyers, manufacturers and investors submit their requirements. When a verified asset matches a qualified counterparty, the engagement proceeds inside the AfricOre Private Deal Room™.
Supply Side
Mine owners and licence holders submit critical-mineral projects. Provenance, documentation and licence standing are verified before anything moves.
Demand Side
Buyers, refiners, manufacturers and investors submit requirements. Identity, capacity and institutional standing are confirmed before matching.
Controlled Engagement
Qualified parties meet inside a controlled Deal Room file — never in open markets. Confidentiality, KYC/KYB and structured due diligence govern every step.
Have supply or demand to place?
Mine owners, licence holders and authorized representatives submit projects. Buyers, manufacturers and investors submit requirements. Both enter the same confidential process — and neither side is disclosed to the other until AfricOre authorizes it.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, financing or any transaction. All engagements are subject to AfricOre review and approval.
